The Southern Virginia University men's and women's cross country teams were named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic teams with three women and two men earning individual honors.

The Southern Virginia University women's cross country team concluded it's 2019 season after one of the best seasons in program history.
